Chariot Requiem is the evolved form of Silver Chariot after being pierced by the Requiem Arrow. Aside from Gold Experience and Killer Queen, it is the only other Stand known to have a Requiem form in-game.
Silver Chariot Requiem is the Requiem Stand of Jean Pierre Polnareff (One of the main characters of Stardust Crusaders). The Stand loses its rapier and has its armor melt, becoming coated in a plastic black material. It gains the ability to manipulate souls and bodies. Obtained by using a Requiem Arrow on Silver Chariot .
Silver Chariot's quotes are: "How do you like my swordsmanship now?!", "Tres Bien, Tr-es-bi-en!", and "No, no, no, no, no!". Silver Chariot's battle cry is "Hora Hora Hora". This battle cry is not shown in A Bizarre Day, however. Instead, it is a voice clip of when Polnareff was fighting Vanilla Ice.
By using a Requiem Arrow on Silver Chariot, the user will be able to obtain the requiem variant of this Stand: Chariot Requiem .
Aside from Gold Experience and Killer Queen, it is the only other Stand known to have a Requiem form in-game. You can obtain this Stand by pressing the B button when you have obtained Requiem: True with Silver Chariot.

Information: Silver Chariot OVA (SCOVA) is the stand of Jean Pierre Polnareff, featured in Stardust Crusaders and briefly in Vento Aureo. In-game its a tier S stand obtained via Stand Arrow with 0.55 chance.
People mistake the turtle for being Polnareff after his death, however, Coco Jumbo and Polnareff are purely separate entities.

Silver Chariot has the distinct weakness of not being able to see whatever its user cannot see, making it weak if Polnareff is in any way in a blind spot.
Weaknesses: Shadow weakness (If anyone looks at Chariot Requiem, they may notice that its shadow will always be opposite to the observer, regardless of where any source of light, such as the sun, is coming from.

Silver Chariot performs a very fast barrage with its sword, stabbing the opponent 32 times . Silver Chariot quickly pokes the enemy, turning them into a living pin cushion. Each stab deals moderate damage to the opponent. Because it is a calculated strike, it‘ll disable the enemy's attacks.
Silver Chariot's click has 3 different attacks, the first of which will actually dash the user forward a bit with a stab. The second one is a quick forward stab that does little damage, and the third is a shin stab followed by a calculated strike towards the stomach and a small rush.
Silver Chariot’s armor is supposed to be fully removed with H, however, only the shoulder guards pop off. This is a reference to the Anubis fight, where Star Platinum uses Star Finger to knock off Silver Chariot's shoulder guards. Its idle pose is based on the tactical stance of a fencer.

The Stand was first formed when Polnareff's Silver Chariot pricked itself against a Requiem Arrow, turning into Chariot Requiem for a brief moment.
Chariot Requiem was permanently formed when Diavolo killed Polnareff in Rome, Italy before the remaining members of Bucciarati's gang could reach him. Chariot has no climbing animation. Conqueror's Will is most likely a reference to Haoshoku Haki (Conqueror's Haki) from One Piece. Whitesnake had the same pilot and idle animation as Chariot Requiem in a shadow update, which was soon changed.
