The collected fruit can be sold to a pirate for 5 treasures per fruit. The player may buy boats to move around in the water in A Pirate's Life. This is the only way to move in water, as contact with water will very quickly deplete the player's character's health or kill it within a few seconds.
There was a pirate who wanted to save our way of life, the Pirate’s Life, and to do that, they had to first save Jack. That pirate first went to an outpost island — you know, any ole island with “outpost” in the name will do — and spoke to a woman named The Castaway.
To start this journey, the pirate read the first book beside the model of a ship. And so began the first tale in their journey, A Pirate’s Life. This pirate, Jack’s savior, learned that the key to saving the Pirate’s Life lay below the deck of the Ferry of the Damned.

It's also a great time to get new eyeballs on Sea of Thieves to show off the significant improvements Rare has made since its lukewarm launch in 2018. Best of all, Rare says A Pirate's Life isn't going anywhere even after Season Three concludes. Its content will remain in the game for as long as it sees fit.

This pirate, Jack’s savior, learned that the key to saving the Pirate’s Life lay below the deck of the Ferry of the Damned. But before that, they had to travel to new shores on stranger tides. They wrestled together their crew, supplied for the trip, and set sail for a new and mysterious portal out on the sea.
Before jumping all the way across, though, our pirate saw a small cavern that caught their eye. While on one of the two platforms, to the right, they saw a pathway leading into a small cavernous room.
Back to the start of Sailor's Grave our pirate went until they discovered the sign that said Sailor's Grave. Beside it, they discover a previously impassable path was now passable and follow it, they did. They made their way to a ship they hadn't yet visited and discovered the Secret of the Grave.
At the top, the pirate set the skull down so that they may read a book they found up here called “Strange, Yet Familiar.”
Just to the left, they discovered the journal of the Cursed Captain, "Off the Edge of the Map." They went back to the ole recipe they left behind earlier and brought it to the pirates playing chess, for the recipe was necessary to refill the pirate's tankard .
Topside, they walked to the edge of the dilapidated ship they found themselves on where they discovered they were but a mere fathom (that’s six feet for yer kind) away from the cursed captain.
They used the Ship's Key to open the door and inside, they found mountains of gold to claim as theirs. After that, they went to the back of the ship where they found a pulley connected to the broken ship's sails. They used it to move the sails all the way to the right.
The mythical portal will take you into the Tunnel of the Damned.
There you’ll find the famous Captain Jack Sparrow attempting to cajole man’s best friend into handing over the Brig Key. Unsuccessful as ever, he baits you into doing it for him.
Slowly, as you descend further into Sailor’s Grave, you’ll hear the Cursed Captain begin to speak. Walk down to the shoreline, and pass the Sailor’s Grave sign on your right.
There are no journals to find in Dead Man’s Grotto. So, there is no need to fret about missing one as you enjoy your journey.
But, tempted though you may be, you cannot jump off the side of your boat to get a closer look. You’ll also see shadowy ships in the distance.
Although Captain Jack Sparrow did make it to the Sea of Thieves, he is not quite as free as he’d hoped. Upon discovering Jack and the golden key, the Ferryman locked both aboard the Ferry of the Damned. You see, me hearties, the Ferryman worries who else might use that key.
There will be a ship you can cross and you need to make your way to an area with several pulleys that activate platforms. Jump across the platforms and head to the top of the mast, then use your sword to cut down the Cursed Captain.
The first thing you will need to do is light the lantern on the boxes to bring up the ghostly rowboat. Next, you need to continue through the room and interact with various devices to give you access to the next section.
The puzzles are not too difficult to solve, but some may throw you for a loop if you don't know what you are looking for. A Pirate's Life Tall Tale is the first of many this season, and it is your duty in Sea of Thieves to see them all through to the end.
