It all depends on how violent you want the game to be. Roblox isn’t going to take a game down over a fox hanging over a shoulder. There are way more violent games out there such as Phantom Forces who uses firearms and blood in their game. I think you’ll be fine if you don’t extend it to extremely graphic content.

As long as it's not depicting anything that would make it rated PEGI 18, it'll be fine. If you decide to make anything on your own that includes gore, though, I'd suggest doing things such as changing the blood colour and such.
Officially no blood or gore is allowed but Roblox doesn't really respect this rule, take note in games such as Phantom Forces or other realistic shooters.

Bans can be severe or minor depending on the offense. Users can be banned for different lengths of time. Users who violate Roblox's Terms of Use will be given one of these bans. These can range from in-experience bans to permanent IP bans.
Generally your first ban will be about 3 and 1/2 days, so it isn't that long. If you do something really severe though, you might get banned immediately, and each time you get banned the time increases. Trying to get around bans with an alternate account will extend your ban time and may get you IP banned.
