ROBLOX itself refunds gamepasses/etc – that’s the entire purpose of storing funds in Pending Sales instead of directly sending them to the seller’s account. I’m not sure if info@roblox.com is the right place to request a refund, but they can probably point you in the right direction. Report Abuse might also work.
You would go on sales and find the purchase you desire, after that you would press the ‘‘Refund’’ button and it would refund the amount the person paid for the gamepass (in full). It would take it away from the groups funds

If the game pass does not work, ROBLOX will refund you if you contact them (and they read it) within 3 days. You could probably make up a white lie for this, since they will not investigate the issue. 1. level 1.
No official refunds on ROBLOX, sorry. The only way is to ask the game owner, and I doubt he'll comply.
