A Roblox fan account recently took to Twitter to explain why the word gay is banned in the game. According to the tweet, the word gay is often used as a 'slur,' and this is offensive to the LGBTQ+ community. Thus, the developers have banned the use of the word "gay" apart from self-declarations.
We have a lot of LGBTQ+ people working at Roblox, and we know that a huge number of our players are also part of that community. I want LGBTQ+ kids to know that you are never “inappropriate” for being who you are. Video games are a reflection of how we want to see the world and who we want to be.
"Do not swear, use profanity or otherwise say inappropriate things in Roblox." Profanity and swearing are not allowed on Roblox.
When Roblox Server detects suspicious activity from a player, they just kick out the player from the game. They do it to prevent hack or exploitation in the game. Sometimes, when a player tries to sign up with a different device simultaneously, there is a possibility to kick out.
