The ads are just from some app called like Amazon ads or something, I can't fully remember. If you can install apks install lucky patcher and it will show all the hidden apps on your device and you can find the exact filename of the ads app.

So i just got my parents old kindle fire, and i was wondering, how much info from my use will be shared/linked with the amazon account on the device? I want to use their account to mooch off of their prime benefits, but if i say, search for christmas gifts for my dad, will that somehow filter onto their Amazon account?

Unable to delete samples - Kindle Fire HD 8 (14.40.100)

Using a Kindle Fire HD 8 (14.40.100) I'm unable to delete samples. There's no option to do so in the drop down menu (it simply says: 'mark as unread / read' and 'view in store'). This seems to only happen once I've read a sample to the end. Other samples which are partially unread can be deleted as usual.
