You probably have Collisions enabled which would stop the parts moving through other parts. I had constraints enabled. My bad, although I don’t even know what that is. Also you can mark my answer as the Solution to show that this thread has been solved. A post was merged out.

The constraints option is turned on (only allows moving parts with constraints attached to them), you need to toggle this off in order to move any unlocked part. Try turning off Constraints. If the problem persists, you can restart Roblox Studio.
