Account deletion (also referred to as account termination) is a type of ban where the player's account is permanently banned from using Roblox. After 30 days have passed, the terminated account becomes permanently unrecoverable in most cases.

On April 24, 2020 and December 4, 2020, many users received bans of varying time amounts for "exploiting", as a way to target the working practice of exploiting using any Lua scripting exploit, while the December ban wave specifically specifically targeting Synapse users.
