No, you don’t get banned for uploading copyright audios. Roblox will just refund the robux to you and remove the audio I think it will just disappear one day, or at least that’s what happened to me a year or two back
A Roblox ban can be issued if a player violates the Roblox community rules, such as using cheats, creating 18+ materials, being racist, using someone else’s credit card without permission, insulting other players, and engaging in fraud or spam.
Is playing bypassed music something you can get banned from? I have seen so many people play some real loud music in radio games.I don’t really care about it until it gets inappropriate.Just asking. no. the game won't track whether you use a bypassed audio or not.
It is possible to bypass the ban in Roblox, even if you have received a lifetime ban by ip and cannot even enter the roblox.com website. In order to bypass the ip ban, you need to use a proxy server that will change your ip address and location.

Indeed. Your account can get banned. You might be sued. You could be forced to pay a fee.
In a nutshell, Roblox has removed audios/music from experiences because of the new & major privacy settings changes. This has been done to protect the rights of the content creator and most likely, also to protect the platform from copyright-related issues.
Bypassed IDs are audio files that are able to fly under Roblox's radar for longer periods of time due to the way in which they were created and uploaded onto to the site. To put it simply, these IDs don't appear to be loud when looking at the file's wavelengths, so Roblox leaves them alone.
As of December 1, 2016, the audio limit has been increased to 7 minutes. On an unknown date in late 2018, the cost for audio was changed to 35 Robux instead of 75 for audio length ranging from 59 seconds to 2 minutes. Later in 2019, the cost for that length is now 70 Robux.

Roblox has different types of bans – for instance, you can get banned from specific places by other players or get an IP ban from Roblox moderators. In the latter case, you will be denied access to any Roblox server and get the 403-error message when your IP address is detected.
The duration of the Roblox ban depends on the type of ban, the reason for it, and your previous bans. Players who break the rules for the first time typically receive a warning or a one-day ban. If you’ve had a ban previously, the ban duration could extend to three or seven days based on the rule violation severity.
Hopefully, our guide has helped you bypass the Roblox IP ban. To avoid getting banned in the future, read the Roblox community guidelines carefully and follow them strictly. And if you haven’t violated any rules, it’s a good idea to appeal your ban to the moderators.
