This is what you need to do to request a Roblox refund online:
You can do that via their online customer support or email. Their email for most inquiries is info@roblox.com. For this type of query, you can expect a response within 24 hours. If you want to request a refund because the game pass you purchased did not meet your expectations, you can reach out to the creator of that particular game pass.
Roblox does not offer a possibility of a refund or exchange of Robux at this time. They do say that some exceptions can be made at their own discretion. This means that even though there is no obligation for Roblox to refund anything, they are willing to take some cases into consideration.

Once a charge has been disputed, a refund cannot be issued due to the payment provider’s dispute process. Roblox works with multiple payment providers to provide a safe and secure purchasing experience. Please continue reading for more information on contacting us or a third-party provider for unauthorized charges.
Whenever possible, we work with parents and customers directly as part of our permissive refund policy to provide a refund for unauthorized purchases. However, some third-party payment processors require refunds to go through their support services and Roblox is unable to refund charges for those providers.
Roblox accounts associated with unauthorized charges are subject to deletion. Unauthorized charges are against our Terms of Use.
If the charge on your statement says “Xsolla*Roblox”, please contact Xsolla’s Customer Support team at: https://help.xsolla.com/
Roblox users should always get permission from the payment account owner (their parent, guardian, or adult relative) before making any purchase. Unauthorized charges are a violation of our Terms of Use and may result in the permanent closure of the associated user account (s).
Many items in the Catalog let you try them on your avatar before spending your hard-earned Robux. To use the Try On feature, do the following: 1 Click on Catalog located in the blue bar at the top of the site, or by clicking here. 2 Once you've found the item you're looking for. 3 Simply click Try On button, and view the item on your avatar in either 3D or 2D mode.
As a helpful feature to prevent accidental purchases, Roblox includes a pop-up window, asking you to confirm your selection before completing a transaction. Please be sure to slow down and read everything before hitting the confirm button. We know how exciting it can be to get something new but it is always important to check and make sure that this particular item is what you really want.
At this time, there is not a way to get Robux back once you have made a purchase or a way to delete an item made by Roblox once it is owned. We recommend you to use our Try it On Feature before completing your purchase.
Click on Catalog located in the blue bar at the top of the site, or by clicking here.
This means that once you've found the item you're looking for, you can quickly put it on for free to see how great you'd look while you're battling hordes of zombies, racking up loads of money in a sim game, or just hanging out with friends on your next Roblox adventure.
Please note that users are only able to delete User Generated Content such as T-Shirts, Shirt, Decals, etc.
To sell an item that meets the above requirements, first go to its details page. Once there, click the three dots above the box that contains the price and Buy Now buttons. Then select Sell in the menu that displays. You will then be given a box that lets you set your price.
If you set the wrong price and it sells (a cheap price can cause the item to sell almost immediately), Roblox will not be able to reverse the transaction.
For steps on how to create and sell items, check out the Developer Hub for more information.
