Roblox now offers official support for this via the Social Media Link feature! Developers will be able to include up to three social media links in their experience descriptions, similar to the method used in a user profile. Each type of social media can only be added once. These are the social media links that can be added to the experiences:
Note that social links are only available to 13+ players for compliance reasons. Definitely, it is very rare for a game with only one developer to release now-days relative to the amount of games put out by multiple developers who would all appreciate having their social media linked to it
If ROBLOX is magically able to prevent references to non-whitelisted links (which I’m doubtful they’ll be able to do - there’s always a way around the filter), the malicious users will just start using the whitelisted links as a bridge to their undesirable content. …But Twitter doesn’t remove profane/inappropriate content.
Roblox creators could create and manage “games” through an editor, and individual games had a user limit called “max players.” That’s all changed now. The “Games” tab now reads “Discover” on the web, although it still points to an address of “roblox.com/games.”
The social links will be visible only to accounts that are above 13. They will not be visible to under 13 accounts. Although Discord links will be allowed within the social links feature, users are not allowed to discuss or share discord links anywhere else and may be moderated if mentioned in other place.

As previously mentioned, there's no direct way to link Discord and Roblox. However, it is still possible to do. It would require setting up a Discord bot that records your commands on another online database, and having your game request those commands from the database and executing them in-game.
✔️ The Roblox website is now up & available, with a few minor disruptions.
However if you want to type Discord, you need to use a slight spelling alteration. For example: Di$c0rd, Dxcord, dis cord etc. However these might not always work. In that case you have no other choice but to type it letter by letter.

Developers can sell items within those experiences, and there are full-fledged game studios that build with Roblox instead of, say, the Unity or Unreal engines. But all of this activity happens within a single Roblox app, instead of as a series of separately packaged games. Apple has apparently worried about this fuzziness.
Kosmynka said Apple considered Roblox itself an app (rather than a game) because the company used that label in the App Store, although this doesn’t appear to be accurate. Besides the crucial factors of “beginning,” “end,” and “challenges,” Kosmynka seemingly argued that these experiences weren’t games because Roblox contained their code in a safe, ...
But Roblox has promoted itself as a general-purpose metaverse in the past. It’s got virtually nothing to gain by deliberately stepping into Apple’s minefield of iOS gaming rules, particularly after such an extended courtroom debate about its status.
