Only Robux earned from developing is eligible to be part of your DevEx. As you're not developing when trading assets, then it's not eligible. Let me create a list for you.
You only need to have OBC at the time you request the DevEx payout. This can expire while you're pending a payment, it won't affect the decision on your payout request. You don't need to have OBC all the time that you're earning funds to count up towards that DevEx. You have to have 100,000 Robux to perform a DevEx.
