Yes, ROBLOX reports DO work. I have reported many people on ROBLOX and most of them have gotten their deserved punishments to my knowledge. Although I hate to admit, I must say that I have been reported myself once or twice, and by once or twice I mean 4 times. Each time, I have gotten a 3-Day Suspension from ROBLOX. Yep, you just have to make sure you report it for either bullying, harrassment, or inappropriate language then something might happen. I don't think any reports of exploiting or "other rule violation" even get looked at.
