In Roblox Studio, click the New button in the upper-left. Select the Flat Terrain template. Using the Terrain Editor, you can generate random terrain, add rocks and other material, and create landscapes.
You may either have a low graphics setting that is limiting how much terrain can render, or you might have StreamingEnabled turned on. When you have StreamingEnabled turned on, ROBLOX can load out certain things from your client to optimize your performance, which includes parts and terrain.

Just go in the GPU settings, find the tab where you can add games, find “RobloxPlayerBeta.exe” and add it there. But from my experience, there won't be that much of FPS or performance increase. ROBLOX mainly uses the CPU, because it was made that way.
