I am almost certain that Roblox is using your GPU, although maybe not the correct one, if you have an Optimus system. We require support for DirectX 9 hardware accelerated graphics and higher.
I've set both Roblox Game Client and Roblox Studio to run on the dedicated graphics card using Nvidia Control Panel. Tried to see the settings again, it's still sets on the integrated one.
I'm using an ASUS laptop btw. Launch a Roblox game and then open Task Manager. From the process tab, right click the process and open file location. That is the executable you need to change the GPU settings on. Keep in mind that every time Roblox updates you'll need to repeat this.
Roblox can be bottlenecked by your CPU if it isn't powerful enough. Did you try checking your graphics card? Could be a faulty thermometer Tbh its very bad optimised, got i7 6700 gtx 1070 and 16 ddr4 ram and I get får drops when streaming roblox lol (Rainbow 6 Siege runs 144+ on stream tho)
CPU is 100% while GPU rests at 2% while playing roblox.

Roblox can easily run with integrated graphics as I have played Roblox with no problems on a 3rd gen i3 processor with integrated Intel HD 2500 graphics, and I also had 4gb ram.

If you haven't already , try changing the GraphicsMode of Roblox to Direct3D11 or Vulkan (if your GPU supports it) from Roblox Studio's graphics settings. They will use your GPU more efficiently, at least in my case they do.

EVERYBODY, ROBLOX IS SUPPORTED. Just not the actual browser launcher, to be able to view the overlay as your playing ROBLOX, or stream ROBLOX. It requires you to download ROBLOX from the official Microsoft Store, browser launcher does not support GeForce experience, only the Microsoft app version of ROBLOX does.
I'm thinking about a new pc that can handle heavy multitasking which for me is just having 100-200 tabs open and being able to play roblox on max graphics settings.
For the ryzen 5 3600 it is a great cpu for almost any system, for buying a graphics card new, if your only playing roblox a 2060 or a 2060 super would get good to push those frames on roblox or just about any other game at decent settings
