To look around, (this only applies to Roblox) hold the right button on your mouse whilst moving it around. And finally, press space (the big button on the bottom of the keyboard) to jump.
ROBLOX has control help if you enter in a game, press ESC, it says how to play. WASD is used to move, use mouse to see around or even zoom in and out. Also you can put shift lock on to move different way, example your avatar moves to the left and right while your avatar is looking at the back or front. Well, youll find out when you use it.
Use your finger to scroll up or down, on the screen. This also works for looking around in any direction. Just drag it towards the direction you want look in.
Roblox is not a demanding game at all and will run on just about any new device on the market. Laptops don't come with screens that aren't HD any more and haven't for at least 10 years I believe, but just in case make sure the screen is at least 1366x768.
I would recommend getting a Chromebook, they are incredibly good value and are very fast and simple to use. I'm pretty sure they run android apps so you can download Roblox that way. (my granddad bought one and he loves it)
Roblox will probably run pretty smoothly. Roblox is not a very CPU or GPU intensive game, and you can always turn down your graphics in settings if you need to. On the other hand, Minecraft requires a lot more computer resources, so it may be hard to run consistently at 60 fps.
