Mining Simulator is a Roblox game developed by Rumble Studios. Team up with your friends, or go on a solo mining expedition to discover rare gems and become rich! Strike diamonds, become rich, travel to different worlds, collect pets, hats, and so much more! Mining Simulator is a retired project.
From the surface, most mines have 10x10 surface area (6x6 for VIP, 3x3 for Private), but all extend out from a depth of 10 blocks onward. Mines are filled mostly of Stone variants, peppered with Ores and Chests, all of which give Coins or even Tokens.
The Mining Simulator 2 Tasks List is a list of wiki tasks that will accomodate the release of Rumble Studios' May 2022 sequel to Mining Simulator (MS), Mining Simulator 2 (MS2). This project should hopefully clarify everything that needs doing, as well as ensuring all relevant information is neatly arranged in one central location.
Strike diamonds, become rich, travel to different worlds, collect pets, hats, and so much more! Mining Simulator is a retired project. The developers have not "abandoned" the game, they just got busy and decided to move on from it as there are other games they wish to work on, including but not limited to, Bubble Gum Simulator.

The deepest point ever reached by man is 35,858 feet below the surface of the ocean, which happens to be as deep as water gets on earth. To go deeper, you'll have to travel to the bottom of the Challenger Deep, a section of the Mariana Trench under the Pacific Ocean 200 miles southwest of Guam.

layer sixDiamond can only be found at layer six and below. The ore inside extrude a bit, making it look like the ore is shaped as diamonds, hence the name.
I have been underground in a couple of mines (one down to 9000 feet) and the deeper down we went the worse the heat got. It was fine until about 6500 feet and then it got noticeably warmer quite quickly as we descended down to 9000 feet.

Due to its rarity, it is used as a level 2 requirement for most of the mythical pets, a level 3 for legendaries, and for some of Miner Mike's Quests.
Zircon is a rare ore that is hard to find in Space Adventure. It's commonly found in the pink layer (Layer 7). Its base value is 20,000, which is the same as Dravite.
Godly Gem is an ore found in Space and Dino Land in the 8th layer and below. The ore has neon white pentagons and can be seen through the blocks.
Its appearance is very similar to Chlorite, Red Rock, Amber, and Shadow Stone.
The Twilight GemThe Twilight Gem is an ore found in the Crystal Cavern. It's the rarest and most valuable ore in this zone, requiring the Power Gun to mine.
The deeper you go into the mine, the denser the stone becomes, making it more difficult to mine. As you get deeper more expensive ores will appear. Layers determine the types of ore you see, while Depth is how far down you are. Layers are based on Depth.

The deeper a player goes (shown in a meter), the more compact Stone and the more valuable Ores/Chests will be. Being in a zone with a higher requirement has a similar effect. Every change in the amount of stone per block is a Layer, used to determine ore spacing. Ores may spawn outside of their intended layer if you're close enough to it.
Once in a while, the mine will collapse - resetting all blocks mined. The Collapse Meter Gamepass shows approximately when. Mining more blocks decreases the time before a reset. This resets the Teleporter and disables interaction until the mine reloads, Usually, the mines collapse every 24 minutes in the public servers.
To compensate for time lost not mining and going back to a previous spot, coins rain from the sky for the first few seconds after a collapse. Once walked over, they will be collected. These are affected by the Rebirth modifier or the 2x Tokens gamepass, but nothing else. The more players there are in a server, the more coins are dropped.
