When you log into Roblox, you'll see a blue chat box located in the lower-right corner of the screen. Click this box to reveal the chat menu as seen in the image below.
If you do not have an email or phone number associated with your account, please contact Roblox customer support at roblox.com/support. Please choose a password that is brand new and unique to Roblox, do not use this password on any other site.
Roblox typically responds in 24-48 hours. Wait at least 24 hours to give them time to process your request. If they aren't busy, they may respond in 18 hours or so. It is totally possible for Roblox customer support to miss your email or support ticket.

Select Forgot Password or Username? on the Roblox Login page. Enter your email address in the box. Press the Submit button.
Is Roblox Content Suitable for All Ages? Available on smartphones, tablets, desktop computers, the Xbox One, and some VR headsets, Roblox has an ESRB rating of E10+ for Everyone 10 and up for Fantasy Violence, which means that typical gameplay should be suitable for most kids.
In general, we are not able to offer a refund for items purchased within an experience. All purchases with Robux requires users to click on a confirmation box as a precaution against making accidental purchases and many experiences also have a confirmation window for purchases with their in-experience's currency.
You can contact the Roblox Appeals team to review the situation if your account has been banned or moderated. The Appeals team will give the moderation a second look and make any necessary adjustments to your account's moderation status. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee your ban will be removed.

If you send us an e-mail with a problem, we can almost always have an answer for you in less than 24 hours. And in the rare instance we don't know of an immediate solution to your problem, we will send you looking in the right direction (more on this later).
To be eligible for account restores, we require that you have an authenticator app set up to protect your account. Also, you must notify Roblox within 30 days of the account being compromised. Unfortunately, if we are not notified within this time, we are not typically able to recover the account's inventory.
