When you first click "Play" and start the game, you'll be greeted with four age options. These age options include Egg, Newborn, Teen, and Adult. They're all accurately sized. The dragon inside the egg cannot be customized, and will save to the last non-egg dragon you've used. When you spawn, you have the option to grow in the Menu.
To color a certain part of your dragon, first find the part you want to color, then click the desired color on the color palette. You can change the shade of the color by dragging around the bar on the lower part of the screen to the section of the color you'd prefer.
If you'd like a more advanced appearance, you might want to consider using the Paint Bucket. Select the color you'd like to use, click "Start painting", and click the part on your dragon that you'd like to have that color. The colors you select work the same was as in the normal coloring. To stop painting your dragon, click "Stop painting".
You can change the shape/appearance of certain parts on your dragon. There are two horn variants and five tail tip variants. The horn variants are Straight Horns (default) and Swirled Horns. The tail tip variants are Arrow (default), Rhombus, Long Rhombus, Triple Rhombus, and Spiky Rhombus.
You can change the texture of your Primary Color, Secondary Color, Claws/Horns/Spikes, and Inside Wings. The textures available include Sand (Primary default), Concrete (Secondary & Inside Wings default), Plastic (Claws/Horns/Spikes default), Cobblestone, Granite, Slate, Pebble, Foil, Ice, and Marble.
Elements are used for the Random Sneezing setting and the Element animation. You can select your Element and your Element Color after customizing your dragon. There are 20 different Element Color options and 13 different Element options.
Get access to the Void Element, which you can find in the elements menu when morphing. This allows you to get the special void beam, when pressing G [Fire]. This also has a very cool sound effect!
