Turn youself in by going to the Freedom Outpost and talking to the recruiter. You could also purposely AFK infront of an A.G for him to kill you and you'll get your bounty lowered, though killing yourself or being killed by your friend won't lower it. (edited by Serpoln)
Open the console command by pressing "` " Type player.paycrimegold 0 0 <faction code> you can fill the faction code with any of the town you want to remove your bounty.
How to Pay (Get Rid of) Your Bounty in RDR2 If you bounty is low enough, you can sometimes simply surrender to the nearest lawman before things escalate by targeting them and pressing Y or Triangle to surrender, and putting away your weapons. You'll spend a few in-game days in jail, and the fine will be paid automatically.
The amount of Bounty awarded per ship destroyed appears to be a function of the cost of the destroyed ship. Bounty is lost if your own ship is destroyed, and many players find it difficult to get Bounty and keep it. If a starbase (or a NPC ship) destroys your ship, you will keep your bounty.
To gain Bounty, you must destroy a Miner or a Freighter owned by a player with no Bounty. Many players do this through a method called Pirating . Bounty hunters are players who hunt other players for their bounty (hence the name).
Clearing Bounty To get the option to turn yourself in, reply "No" to the first dialogue box of the recruiter, and they will ask if you would like to turn yourself in. Replying "Yes" to that will pop up the message below. This will set your reputation to 50, and remove all of your bounty.
Surrendering and Arrest A player with bounty can be arrested when killed by any Magic Council members, not necessarily the ones that are sent after them. They can also choose to surrender. No matter what happens, their reputation will be halved and they will be sent to Prison. This will also clear their bounty.

Note that it is possible to break handcuffs if one (or both) of the players has a PvP shield. Also, if a player with a positive reputation breaks another player out of handcuffs, they will immediately be set to -350 reputation and half the bounty of the freed player.
Decreasing Reputation Reputation is decreased in a number of ways: Completing negative starter quests will decrease reputation down to -200, Verify novice quests will decrease reputation down to -450, Verify and apprentice quests will decrease reputation down to -950.
