I had this same issue and I found a fix.Make sure the Roblox player is not in full screen.Click the Window menu in the Menu Bar.Click “Hide Tab Bar”
This is an issue with the Roblox application as other full screen games do not have this issue. In addition, this only occurs on the initial launch in full screen. Unfocusing and focusing on the client app will cause the taskbar to be hidden as expected when initially launching.
Another way you can make a GUI cover the whole screen is by setting the size to {1, 0, 1, 36} and then setting the AnchorPoint to 0, 1 .

While the taskbar is showing in fullscreen, right-click on a taskbar icon (application, network status, volume, etc.) then click back into the video, game, or web browser you're viewing. In some cases, mostly for games, this is able to fix the problem. On Windows 7, you can also attempt to force-hide the taskbar.
Try use Shift+P to enter cinematic mode, this disables all the Roblox Guis in-game.
