Dancing in Roblox is actually incredibly easy once you know how to do it. First things first, press “/” to open up the chat in Roblox. Once you’ve done this, type in any of the following to do the corresponding emote.

The W key moves your character forward, or the direction you are currently viewing on your screen. The S key moves your character backward, or the direction you are not currently viewing, moving the avatar in the direction the "Camera" seems to be, where the player would be if in-game.
To see the default emotes, hit the “/” key to chat and try typing in the following commands:/e wave./e point./e cheer./e laugh./e dance./e dance2./e dance3.
Controlling the Emotes Menu The emotes menu can be customized by loading and “equipping” emotes from the catalog. In a script, this can be done by calling SetEmotes() on a player's HumanoidDescription object. Once set, specific emotes can be equipped via the SetEquippedEmotes() API.
Once an animation has been created and uploaded to Roblox the content ID can be found in the uploaded animation's URL. This URL is presented immediately after an animation has been uploaded to Roblox, in the Animation Editor export window. a bit ago I was trying to get a dancing NPC that worked I tried many models from many diffrent people. Eventually, I decided to make one on my own. It was 3 days of solid work. So, I don’t want other developers to go through this trouble, enjoy!
First, you have to get the asset! Don’t worry I’ll show you how to configure it and set it up!
Now, just test your game! Check the “Notice” section below if it doesn’t work.
Don’t mess with the anchoring or it wont work, it is anchored so it won’t get pushed around by players, but it will still dance.
