Don't mess with the Syndicates, unless you want to meet the bat. Long range rifles are extremely rare in Neon District. Due to the tight restrictions around high-power ammo, many organizations opt to use smaller weapons. But a accurate long range solution is still required by some elite organizations.
City Security or 'The Watch' as universally known by the locals of Neon District is the primary law enforcement agency of Neon District. Because of the semi-private nature of The Watch, they are known to prioritize criminal investigations involving corporations and Executives such as stolen corporate property or harm committed against an executive.
Because of this, public trust in the City Security agency is low in Neon District due to their brutal and often corrupt enforcement of the law. If you are playing as a member of The Watch, every time someone activates an emergency call you will get an exclamation mark pinpointed on their location. This allows for a version of a 9-1-1 call.
