To make your Game Scarier, I feel you should make the Darkness and the Fog Level bigger, so it seems more Enclosed. 666 is a ‘Scary’ Number, but in your Game it is a bit overused. Perhaps you could add more dark colours, as I saw everything was very Grey. Also, add some sounds; make the footstep sound Louder, and add some eerie aesthetic.

A jump scare is a technique often used in horror films and video games, intended to scare the audience by surprising them with an abrupt change in image or event, usually co-occurring with a loud, frightening sound. The jump scare has been described as "one of the most basic building blocks of horror movies".
Before you emphasize difficulty, remember that losing is an end to tension. It reminds the player they’re sitting at their device playing a video game. Repeated painless deaths can grind terror into frustration very quickly.
Sure, you’re safe as long as you remain inside your cozy little shelter, but nobody’s keen to play “Inside of a Container Simulator” any longer than they really need to. Sooner or later you’re going to have to take a deep breath and step back into danger.
The tendency of some Roblox models and avatars to be cheerful or toylike can be a useful asset in the hands of a canny developer. Think of how many horror movies and books you’ve seen that feature evil toys, schools, or children. There’s something spine-chilling about seeing things usually considered innocent and harmless turning sinister and deadly.
I can’t see the game itself but what makes a game “scary” is the sense of unease or fear occurring for a good amount of time while playing the game. I would recommend adding jumpscares so players are on edge trying to complete tasks so they don’t get jumped. However, jumpscares should be stoppable before hand. Also, don’t make them predictable. Make them sort of unexpected so they get that sense of fear when it happens. If jumpscares are not your thing, then maybe go for a creepy approach. One thing that I personally thing all horror games should have is that it needs to be dark. If you look at 5 nights at freddy’s, bendy and the ink machine, or among the sleep they are all dark for the majority of the time. This makes the player not know whats ahead of them or behind them, it leaves them on edge. Something else I think is important is a good story. Almost all horror games have a story. What I found is that you don’t get the whole story just by playing. You have to find clues around the game that hint to whats happening. Another important thing that a horror game needs is someone or something that is scary. This is the thing that you are trying to get away from for the game. It should be designed in a way that makes the player afraid to see them and want to get away as fast as possible. The final thing is time. Players should not feel like they can just go AFK or that they have all the time in the world to beat the game or move on to the next section/level. You could put a literal timer, which will have them automatically die when the timer hits 0. Another option is your scary monster or person getting harder over time. They might find you faster, or run faster, or whatever you want.|
A good part of a horror game is the space, you allow the character to have too much space and it really just destroys the atmosphere in my opinion, an enclosed area is always good. I think you should also make the game first person and your screen shakes when moving.

It doesn’t seem like you’re wanting to implement a monster or a scary creature but this is fine . Honestly? Fear of the unknown is more terrifying than any monster.
you would most likely need a monster with a jumpscare and also make the map a bit bigger, do some puzzles, maybe make it a story if ya would like,
