Login to Roblox account.
Go to ‘Avatar Shop‘ and then ‘faces;‘ section.
Find a cute Roblox face or a Roblox happy face and save the same to edit.
Go to Pixlr, a photoshop and editing app.
Open the application and open the image of the Roblox face that you have just downloaded.
First of all, make the image transparent and then add effects, stickers, filters, etc., according to your choice.
After you are done making a custom Roblox face, download the image in PNG format.
Come back to Roblox and click on the ‘Create‘ tab. Under the ‘my creations’ menu, click on the ‘Decals‘ option.
