To refund items in Roblox, you need to go to the Roblox support form. In the Roblox support form, enter your contact information, copy the item’s URL and paste it in the “Description of issue” field. You can copy the item’s URL by navigating to it on Roblox and copying the URL field of it.
ROBLOX could include with a refund feature an expiration for refunds directly after purchase, I guess something like Steam does with their 14-day/two-hour refund period. Developers should be able to use their own discretion when issuing refunds. Roblox should just allow them to do it.
You can do that via their online customer support or email. Their email for most inquiries is info@roblox.com. For this type of query, you can expect a response within 24 hours. If you want to request a refund because the game pass you purchased did not meet your expectations, you can reach out to the creator of that particular game pass.
This is what you will need to provide to their customer support:

This is why the developers over at Roblox are encouraging folks to utilize the "Try It On" feature that allows you to see how that in-game swag is going to look on your character before you commit to actually purchasing it.
In short, there is no way (technically) to get your paid items that have been delete d, either by you or not, refunded in Roblox.
