Disrespect is important here as well, one thing you can do is stomp them, then do the Homeland Dance animation on their body while spamming something like "EZ" or "L" (Mom's Credit Card exclusive.) The only problem is that you should NEVER stomp after 5-6 seconds as they will revive and kill you.
