To verify your email address, please do the following:
Log into your account
Go to your Account Settings page by clicking on the gear icon, located in the upper-right corner of the page followed by Settings. Alternatively, you can visit https://www.roblox.com/my/account
Enter an email, if you haven't already
Click the Verify button
An email will be sent to the address on the account
Provided you meet the above condition, simply follow the below steps to enable the Spatial feature:
Proceed to Account Settings
Click the Privacy Tab
Toggle the Spatial Voice selector to ON
It will turn from grey to green, indicating that voice chat has been enabled for your account.
What is 2-Step Verification?
This feature makes sure no one else can login to your account, even if they know the password. When you log in from a new device you'll enter a unique security code from an authenticator app or Roblox sends you via email. Since only you have access to these sources, only you will be able to get the security code.

Account Restores Eligibility
To be eligible for account restores, we require that you have an authenticator app set up to protect your account. Also, you must notify Roblox within 30 days of the account being compromised. Unfortunately, if we are not notified within this time, we are not typically able to recover the account’s inventory.
I'm not receiving the 2-step verification email
If you have multiple email addresses, confirm you're checking the same one you added to your Roblox account.
My email 2-step verification code does not work
Email 2-Step Verification codes expire after 15 minutes and will no longer work if the code was already entered incorrectly for that account.
My Authenticator verification code does not work
Authentication App 2-Step Verification codes only work when displayed in the app. Make sure you're entering a code that is currently active. You will need to enter the new code that is displayed in the app if the previous code did not work.
I lost my recovery codes
Create a new set of recovery codes following the directions in the Add 2-Step Verification to Your Account article.
