Well, the answer to how long does Roblox support takes to respond is quite variable. Roblox Customer Support claims that they almost always have a reply for the issue within 24 hours of receiving a mail. However, that is not entirely true. Roblox typically responds in 24-48 hours. If they aren't busy, they may respond in 18 hours or so. It is totally possible for Roblox customer support to miss your email or support ticket. If they don't reply in 48 hours, it's okay to reach out again.
To be eligible for account restores, we require that you have an authenticator app set up to protect your account. Also, you must notify Roblox within 30 days of the account being compromised.
