As a Roblox player, it is currently impossible to use a keyboard and mouse for Roblox on Xbox. A few games I play on Xbox have KBM support, and I’d expect with Roblox supporting crossplay between xbox, mac, mobile, and PC, I’d expect to be able to play with a keyboard like I would on a computer.

The game is also now rated E10+. From what I've read its because at first it was rated E for everyone so they had to remove text chat so it could fit in the age range that was allowed. They removed the option to change chat settings so now it doesn't matter if you try to change the settings on your Xbox or in the game.
