Most of the roleplayers and staff moved to Official Greenville Roleplay after disbandment. The only difference is a “Peace Time” would comepletely stop RP from happening, such as running from the cops, or shooting the police. It would make Police invencible, and criminals helpless.
Peacetime means no crime and you must RP every situation out.
Section 21 of the In-Game Rules ※ When peacetime is on you may not pass the speedsof 70 MPH at any time.
Definition of peacetime : a time when a nation is not at war.
PTS. This stands for “permission to speak” and is sometimes used as shorthand in Roblox chat.
A void is where a part of a person's roleplay, or the roleplay altogether, is declared null. This can be done by a staff member in a server or by the roleplayer themselves in the form of a "self-void". For self-voids, it is customary to do so immediately after the roleplay has been effected.
Fail roleplay, or FRP, is when a person fails to roleplay properly, whether that be through going down an unrealistic route in history or intentionally disrupting the roleplay by trolling. Fail roleplay is the most broken rule in Risk and tends to be a problem in the Public and Customs servers.
Peacetime. Peacetime is enabled when there is little to no emergency services available within the server.

As I've searched it up, it's a face expression As you can see by my posts above, since UwU is a happy face, that's seems fine, not expressing anything bad. OwO is a “cute” face, nothing wrong with that.
The letters “ABC” don't stand for anything. It's just a phrase to let other players know they're up for a job or task. For example, if player 1 said "abc for a dog", player 2 would respond "abc" if he wanted to be player 1's dog.
F. Free-form role-playing game: A rules-light style of game that mostly uses social dynamics for its game system.
If we were to have a “Priority Cooldown”, this would very much limit RolePlay. Priority Cooldowns are usually used when there is an active priority, so that no one will interrupt in it, or so that no one will cause another priority, so that there won’t be tons of chaos. Adding this will just be boring.
If SMT ever feels the crime is getting too hectic for PD to handle, we’ll always hop on PD and help out. I’ve done events where we suited up the PD and did a “Domestic Terrorist Unit”, where I basically just buffed the armor of Police to like 120 and gave them better weapons to use.
PoliceRP is not mean't to be calm and peaceful. Chaos and interesting situations both passive and aggressive is what makes it fun.
No, you are allowed to base, but if you get caught, like if PD raids, you can’t shoot, you give up. Or there could he rules in peacetime as well, for example it only qualifies for Traffic Stops and minor infractions and let raids and robberies continue. Or you could go full on and have no come and only RP.
All in all, I think this would be boring for the players and it really isn’t what we need. Plus, martial law is also supposed to serve as a way of temporarily stopping crime as well. So it basically serves the same purpose as a “Peace Time”. The only difference is a “Peace Time” would comepletely stop RP from happening, such as running from the cops, or shooting the police. It would make Police invencible, and criminals helpless. That’s not fair in my opinion.

Combat logging is not allowed at any point in the sessions. Please make sure that you are not in any scenes before you leave the game. If you are in a scene and its an absolute emergency to leave, you must contact a staff member and they will let you leave the session.
If you are seen driving one of these cars, you will get punished. If the vehicle has “★” next to it, nitro boosters are equipped on them. Do note that this list could be outdated as new banned cars are added from time to time.
