After you’ve copied the item’s URL, you need to provide it in the support form.
Bad news: there is currently no official statement from the Roblox Corporation announcing plans to add refunds to the game. It seems that rumours of a refund feature started on TikTok, and have bounced around social media without any actual concrete proof.
At present, Roblox will not honour a refund request under any usual circumstances. The corporation expects its many warning messages before the completion of a purchase to be enough to stop people buying things with Robux that they don’t actually want. According to the Roblox website:
