Well, the answer to how long does Roblox support takes to respond is quite variable. Roblox Customer Support claims that they almost always have a reply for the issue within 24 hours of receiving a mail. However, that is not entirely true. We have studied the reports of various players across different platforms.

You can contact the Roblox Appeals team to review the situation if your account has been banned or moderated. The Appeals team will give the moderation a second look and make any necessary adjustments to your account's moderation status. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee your ban will be removed.

I really enjoyed my time as a ROBLOX employee. Working from home was a major bonus! The job was very flexible, and easy to handle with my schedule. Roblox is over a decade old. It’s downright brutal and unreasonable to uphold the one-time restore policy at this point. It is not reasonable to bar all users from another restore 5+ years after their first accident under the guise that it “educates users to be more careful”. Even the most careful, well-educated users can have their accounts compromised through an insane variety of constantly evolving methods, especially over long stretches of time.
Customer Service currently has a nice policy where if you’re unfortunate enough to have your account broken into, they’ll restore your items for you. They only do this once, however – I understand the reasoning and don’t disagree with it. This policy is becoming dated as time goes on though.
They should rewrite their policies to do with customer service as there’s more and more bots finding new ways to trick younger players into giving away their passwords, cookies etc. They might’ve spent a long time trading or they might’ve bought robux directly from the site to get some nice items - so why only restore them once?
2-factor isn’t simple enough for all of ROBLOX’s age range, and even 2-factor can be bypassed via cookie theft which can be the result of just downloading an extension. If account security could be perfect, Alex, the world would be a much nicer place. It’s not. There’s no way to ensure perfect account security, so there has to be some process for when it does happen – even a tech giant such as Google has one of these processes, and they have some of the best resources available to stop account theft.
It’s not inconsistent. ROBLOX does not require the allotted restoration when item loss is their fault. Linkmon’s account was most recently broken into because of a ROBLOX security flaw. I agree that restorations should be given after a certain period of time since the last account breach, but ROBLOX is not favoring users or anything with their current approach.
edit: For future reference, the best way to get a customer service issue reviewed is to email appeals@roblox.com with the original support ticket number (s) and the account name (s) in question .
Edit: the reason they couldn’t give all your money back is because she most likely spent it on a gamepass, thereby setting it in circulation in the economy. If the dev who made the gamepass is reputable/big enough they can switch the robux she spent to real dollars using DevEx. If Roblox gave you back all your money they would lose roughly 3$, and although that in itself isn’t a big sum, if that was their policy it would pile up. Roblox are a for-profit company so that’s a big no-no.
Roblox’s chargeback policy is to terminate the account on the spot. As for the duplicated transactions, that’s probably not Roblox’s fault. Don’t give let small children spend (your) money freely.

to be fair, it does say in their tou that the account gets deleted if you get a chargeback. On the other hand, Roblox is terrible when it comes to it, because they don't even give you a warning.
If you're referring to staff - they have zero control over the sub.
Younger users who want to get into game development might find roblox studio easier to use. On the flip side, UE uses "nodes", which are helpful for those who like things to be more "visual" in coding. In the end, it depends on the user.
