Search for the user's username or go to their Profile page If that user is currently in an experience and is allowing people to follow them, a Join Experience option will appear on the search results or their profile page Click Join Experience and you will be placed into the experience with them

You create a game. Then you call Roblox headquarters. If you call Roblox when you aren’t known to them or your name isn’t familiar to them, they will never answer. But if you make a game that many people play and you earn Robux from it, call Roblox and if they answer, request an application to become a Moderator. I’m warning you now, though.

We've temporarily removed this feature from the Player List because of scalability constraints. We have made the tactical decision to disable it for now. And to reiterate, following users is still possible on web from the Profile page.
To follow another player, simply visit their profile page and click the new “Follow” button. As always, you can control who can send you Friend requests and whether people can follow you in your Account Settings.
Follow is a part of a feature that allows users on Roblox to keep up with new updates and changelogs that are sent out by experiences' developers. They were in beta testing for a short period before being rolled out to all users on September 4, 2018.
Roblox deletes idle accounts in order to free up space on its servers for new players. If you don't log in to your account for one year, it will be deleted for you. You should note, before trying any of these methods, that once a Roblox account is deleted it is extremely unlikely that you'll be able to get it back.
In a nutshell, Roblox has removed audios/music from experiences because of the new & major privacy settings changes. This has been done to protect the rights of the content creator and most likely, also to protect the platform from copyright-related issues.
